We extended our stay here with 3 days. Good service, quick and clear communication. Clean apartments exactly as shown on the pictures. AC in every room. It is a 13 min drive to bacalar which we didn’t mind at all, there were also options given for delivery from Bacalar. I was also absolutely in love with the natural beach club that is affiliated with the apartment. Would 100% go back.
We spent four nights there. The house was very nice and offered everything you need for a pleasant stay. The large pool in the middle of the houses is also inviting for relaxation. Only the owner, who lives in one of the houses, was not very accommodating. We were neither greeted when we met at the pool nor did she ask if we were okay. This made us feel a bit unwelcome.
If you prefer a quiet place, this is an absolute must! Built inside a forest, 5 minutes by car from the nicest beach club "Cayuco Maya" and 15 minutes from Bacalar town. The accommodation is luxurious and spacious, and you get a drinking water (very convenient!) and coffee for free. They offer various services, such as the gym, the possibility to have your clothes washed, barbecue, and a few more. Last but not least, there is 24 hours of security guarantee. We recommend it!
Beautiful condo. The villas are spacious, nice gym, little convenience store and pool with hammocks and sunbeds. Really nice place to chill. The road here is a dirt road, with many holes, but it’s part of the adventure! Really happy with this place! Yesterday there were lots of kids at the pool so it was a bit noisy but I guess it can’t be controlled
I enjoyed my stay here! Aqua Viva is located in a secluded and peaceful area, however the closest shops and restaurants are about a 15-20 minute drive away. I also enjoyed the beach club that is 8 minutes away. The villas are beautiful and spacious. I would book this spot again.
Amazing little place. All rooms are nice size houses. I had 2 bedrooms and three bathrooms. The pool is gorgeous. Bring groceries. There are no restaurants other than in town or the closest lagoon club. The lagoon club is about 800 metres away. Rough roads, but that's part of the experience.
In the middle of a jungle I find a gem! The house is new and with all accommodations including a parking space at the front! The place is secure including a 24/7 surveillance and staff at the gate. Katy is helpful and with the knowledge of the surroundings. Pool in the middle is clean and safe. Family white kids can enjoy the vacation in full! I am going to going back there often
Absolutely peaceful beautiful place in close poximity to lake Bacalar with the cleanest water I have ever seen. Accomodation in brand new villas with TV and kitchen and swimming pool. It is close enough to the lake and to the city to be comfortable, but far enough from city rush. For me the best place to stay in Mexico.
